It’s nice to be able to record excellent service and here’s an example. Some welds broke within the boss of the steering wheel on my B 30, and on calling Lewmar (nee Whitlock) in Luton they arrange to have a new steering wheel couriered out to La Rochelle, where the boat was then, and fitted while I was back in the UK. On my return the new wheel was in place! All Gratis under the warranty! That’s what I call customer service.
