Where do people stow their spare gas bottle? – the locker on my 2001 B34 will only hold a single bottle. If stowed in a cockpit locker should the locker be ventilated to allow any gas leakage to drain out?

We keep one of the smaller bottles in the anchor locker. The smaller one fits nicely on the platform next to the windlass on our 33.

We use this purely for an “oh no, the gas has run out and we cannot get a refill till tomorrow” situation

Thanks Mike and Wayne – funnily enough that’s where mine is. Just wondered if anyone had any other ideas or whether people were worried about the spare bottle bouncing around up there. Seems fine to me…
