Thanks very much for your feedback Bob. I have read your article and I am definitely now in favour of downsizing to a +/- 40HP engine. As it is I very rarely run my current MD22 engine above 2,000rpm and we can cruise comfortably at 6knts without any assistance/hinderance from tide. Thanks again for responding.
