Walking around Poole Harbour last week came across a few washed up on the beach just above Lake pier, somebody had dragged them above high water line but were un-named. Not sure what the harbour authority policy is on washed up plastic, but may be worth a phone call. you can buy new plastic ones for a few hundred quid with buoyancy built in.
