Whale Pumps have a good web site – you should be able to identify the model from there. Failing that phone them – they have a Bavaria liasion chap who’ll probably be able to help.
If the pump is running continuously you’re loosing pressure somewhere in the system. You need to start at one end and check each connection/ outlet for leaks.
