The running order

5:30pm gather in the Conservatory of the Waters Edge, drink in hand, so the AGM may commence at 6pm.

7.45pm – dinner will served

Dinner

The Waters Edge is gaining a reputation for superb food. We have arranged a three course meal. Because of the numbers involved I will be asking you for your choices by 16th. October.
The Association will cover the cost of dinner wine. You will be responsible for paying for dinner (£20 per head for a three course meal, £15 for 7-11’s and £10 for under 7’s), any extras including additional drinks and marina fees.

Booking Arrangements for the meal.
Please book with us as soon as possible if you want to be sure of a place as the restaurant can only seat 50. Last date for booking is the 16th of October. Any last minute arrangements will be advised by Email so please monitor during the final 2 weeks.
