[attachment=0:2uxrk79n]P1120611.JPG[/attachment:2uxrk79n]We like to sleep with the cabin door open, but the original door hooks rattle as the yacht moves, irritating in the middle of the night, or even at other times.
I replaced the door hooks with what are called “silent hook” (from Force4, but I expect you can get them in many other places.) The secret is in the end of the hook, which is tapered, as is the hole in the lug. No movement – no noise.
