A few years ago I changed my fuel gauge as the existing one was very corroded. I cannot recall where I obtained the replacement but it was not from Clipper, and it is also in a bad state and I do not believe the readings.
I contacted Clipper and they said there are two types, one is blue at the back and the other white. Since the one now fitted is probably the wrong type, is there a 44/2002 owner who can tell me what colour it should be?

I reckon that is the one! We have the lever/float type fuel gauge and I seem to recall that the ohm range of the gauge is as per your linked item.

Thanks for that. I have the VDO one coming from DemonTweeks. I will post if it is right! On their page they show a tank sender of the float lever type, and it says ‘for the gauge’ so I hope it is correct.
The SVB one looks as if it might work but they do not mention the sender type. May not be important, it is the ohms range that is.
