I may have hit something going through the forts yesterday, we were motoring and without warning a vibration occurred. I sent a diver down as I thought we may have picked up a rope but he has reported no rope and that the prop is quite stiff to turn. This is not normall as it usually rotates when we are sailing unless we engage a gear. Someone has suggested that we might have hit sometyhing and damaged the prop, but I don’t see how that would make it still to turn. Someone else has suggested that an anode might be out of position. The vibration come on very suddenly without any warning.

I would welcome any thoughts of members as to what might be the problem and the merits of the suggestions.
