Hi, Storm Dragon was antifouled last September, and because of the hard winter and the fact that i was living on board she very rarely left the maina during the winter, so therefore the bottom probably suffered through lack of movement through the water. I am now certain i have a build up of either slime or barnacles under the water as i am finding it hard to get more than 4 knots at 2000 revs under engine. Does anybody know the Pro’s and Con’s of a mid season scrub off say by using the Sea Lift in Cowes. I see little point in having a crub off if i lose all the antifouling and end up in the same state in a couple of months time.
