I”ve been trying to replace broken Rutgerson RC750 rope clutch handles on my 2003 B32 (not an uncommon problem I think) however I’m having problems removing the screws that bolt the units to the coachroof. One snapped as I was trying to remove it and it’s left with about half an inch or so protruding. I’m not sure the best way to remove it now without causing further damage and I’d be grateful for any suggestions. I think some of the others may also be seized so any suggestions on the best way to free off would also be gratefully received. Many thanks!

Best bet is to drill it out and then re tap but this can be difficult through a S/S bolt.
Best bet is to cut off flush and then move the clutch body 20mm closer to the bow.
Re drill the fiberglass for new bolt and when you get to the aluminium plate that is bonded in the coach roof tap that to take the new bolt.
