Hello,
I am experiencing stiffness in the steering of my 32 – Triskele. I had a similar problem early on and had it fixed under warranty. It is caused by corrosion on the rudder shaft where it passes through the bottom bearing.

It is easily fixed every couple of years by a quick rub-down of the post and greasing once the rudder is dropped out. I want to do this myself and want to know – does anyone know the sequence of tasks to complete and what tools are required?

I am lookimg at the possible purchase of a B32. The helm seems very stiff and graunchy. How did you fix your problem?
