We have recently lifted out for the first time and found that the Sail-Drive Gaiter/Seal (Not sure what it should be called) to totally gone.
While this happened a month or so after our warranty had expired, I have verbal from Peters that they will replace it when we lift again (This lift was overnight).
May be worth everyone keeping a good eye on this as the fixing of this is somewhat sub-standard in my opinion.

Ours was half dropping off as well when we lifted out last October. Bavaria fit a thinner, inferior version rather than the Volvo standard. Get the proper one and plenty of Sikaflex!

Had similar problem with seal half hanging off when lifted after 15 months.
Thoroughly cleaned and restuck with plenty of Sikoflex.
