Being fed up with running out of gas, usually when we are at anchor, I bought a spare bottle. However, I have just noted in my insurance policy that gas bottles have to be kept in a locker venting to the exterior of the boat. I don’t think that the cockpit ocker will conform to this standard and I am at a loss to know where to put it.

Any ideas?

i couldnt get my spare gas bottle in the anchor locker so found a bucket and lid for brewing bear that fitted in locker as long as the new bottle is still sealed and in the bucket there should be no problem and when the old bottle is empty is swapped over dont see a problem but some might see it differently .
