      Hi All
Can anybody recommend some winter precautions that I might need to take for my B34? It’ll be left in the water at Port Solent for the winter.
      I’m thinking of things like:
Fuel – tank full or empty?
      Water – drain down system?
      Batteries – disconnected?

Any advice warmly welcomed – I’m new to this.

      Thanks in advance

I leave my Bav in the water every winter. It is recommended that the fuel tank should be full to minimise condensation. I always use low background heat and a dehumidifier in the saloon. Make sure dehumidifier is the type that can be drained via a hose into the sink. It works perfectly and I never have to take the upholstery ashore. Some owners remove the impellor to avoid it distorting. I leave it in as I sail during the winter.

        Hope that helps
