I am not 100% sure but I think the layout is the same as the B32 engine wise. If so the fuel feeder pipe runs through the back of the wet locker in the heads, it has a stop cock (tap) fixed in the middle of the locker then runs through the bulk head into the engine fuel filter and pump. The tank side is accessed by lifting the floor boards in the cockpit locker and the pipe can be accessed from there. It feeds from the forward side of the tank, to access the tank inner pipe remove the top access plate, some are combined with the fuel gauge. I hope this helps.

Hi Hal,
You got it sorted locally then… the NSC BOA helpers!!!!
I replaced mine a while ago and used
https://marine-electricals.co.uk/product/wema-225mm-fuel-and-water-sender-wes3-e225/?
it replaced the swinging arm type sender as originally fitted with a vertical float sensor and it works perfectly and is from a uk based supplier. You just need to match the length to the dimensions of your fuel tank and the length of the sweep (up and down movement) on the float arm.
On my B32 I upgraded to the 13amp square pin sockets and the front hinged cover is a snap fit . It pulls away from the face of the socket revealing the fixing screws. The socket then pulls out from the front revealing the cables, remember to isolate from the shore power first.
Check on the Furneaux Riddall web site
You might not have a remote but the solenoid is the same, the video shows how it operates and what the problems are, and how to repair the operation. The remote is just a piggyback on the manual switch.
There is an excellent instruction video on You Tube on winch solenoid issues. Your description suggests the solenoid is sticking. Go to You Tube WINCH MAX REMOTE PROGRAMMING. Exactly the same process and systems as Lewmaras used by commercial trucks. Also check the replacement price befor buying from Lewmar, I wanted a remote control for my anchor winch Lewmar £145 Winch max £35 exactly the same system.
I hope this helps

An interesting and informative article on zinc vs aluminium anodes has been published by :

worthy of a quick look. It explains the pros and cons of each type.
Hi David, I am actually in the process of installing an anchor windlass in my B32 (2003)
I have a Lewmar Profish 1000 and I am installing it inside the anchor locker on a reinforced shelf. I am also fitting a remote wireless controller, not the expensive one from Lewmar (£140) but a commercial one from Winchmax (£34) it has a range of 60meters and is a robust waterproof unit. I can let you have photos and dimensions if you wish of the shelf.
PaxI had a similar problem on my B32 and found the pump was leaking from loose fixing screws at the joint below the motor and the diaphragm. As a result it was sucking in air which caused the knocking. Tightening the screws, which you can see in your picture at the bottom, solved the problem. The vibration of the pump operation causes the screws to loosen over time.
October 5, 2021 at 9:51 am in reply to: B32 – HowTo connect a battery charger to AC shore power #14794I fitted a Sterling battery charger to my B32 several years ago and it was very straight forward. The unit is mounted in the locker adjacent to the batteries and is connected to the 240v supply via one the connections on the rear of the sockets, which were changed to UK 3 pin from euro 2 pin using straight swap units from Furneaux Riddall. The 240v supply is fitted with an in line fuse protection provides a 30amp 12v supply when plugged into the mains in port. Saving the batteries from draining. The system was straight forward to fit and had worked perfectly for the past 6 years. I also fitted a galvanic isolator to the shore power socket on board to protect the anodes from excessive depletion.
The concern I had with the integra is that if you lose the cable or chain connection you have no option other than the emergency tiller. With the linear unit you have direct control of the rudder via the autopilot. Plus the emergency tiller which takes several minutes to dig out of the locker then remove the wheel and access the rudder shaft cover plate to fit the tiller.
I fitted the unit my self and it is not a complicated job, just awkward getting to the rudder shaft and fitting the pod for the drive unit.
On my B32 2003 I fitted a Raymarine direct linear drive on to the rudder drive shaft below the quadrant and it has been one of the best things I have ever fitted. Reliable and accurate, it can be fine tuned for good or bad weather. The drive unit is mounted in the aft lazerette on a glassed in block and then dives through a quadrant bolted to the rudder shaft below the wheel quadrant. Alternatively they do have a geared option which fits inside the steering pod below the binnacle compass and drives direct onto the chain drive on the steering wheel. Either way they are protected and less hassle than the wheel mounted units. Easy to tack when short handed just push two buttons…
